Avec la Terre is a lifestyle estate of 216 homes and related amenity facilities in the Paarl Valley. The name means  “Living with the earth”, and the design achieves this with consistency and depth. We have been appointed to design the full estate, including the subdivision plan, marketing and approval process, homes, gatehouse and amenities, and public and commercial spaces.
